Nice work on the Sustainability site. I think usin' LightBox to do the minimum wage thing was cool. Typography=thumbs up. Color scheme=thumbs up. There's also a real nice play of the pacman shapes and squares going down the page as well.
I will say that at first glance I skipped over the "how to read graph" bar. I think it was because of how small it is in comparison to the graph below and aqua box above it, as well as the box seeming to blend in with the background color. I think you could bump up the font size in there or move the box off to the right and not hurt your design.
I will say the circles (the small ones at least) for minimum wage seem to take away the effect of the numbers below them to make minimum wage. When I see a small dot, I'm like "Oh, whatever. That's no biggie." Whereas on the streaming circles I'm like "Holy monkey! These guys are gettin' screwed!" I dunno something to think about. But overall...awesomeness!!
